Through the contact, quote request, career and tender invitation forms on our website, we may process the following personal data:

- Company/organization information
- Message, project or position details you share in the form
- CV file uploaded with career applications
- Tender/project documents uploaded with the tender invitation form
Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed to evaluate your request, contact you, review your job application, carry out the tender/quote process, and fulfill our legal obligations.
Retention Period
Data submitted through our forms is retained for a reasonable period following the resolution of the relevant request or process (up to 2 years), after which it is deleted or anonymized. This period may be extended where a legal retention obligation applies.
Who Can Access Your Data
Your data is only viewed by Ünlem Construction staff authorized to evaluate the relevant application or request. Your data is not shared with third parties; it only reaches us through the messaging infrastructure used to deliver form submissions (for notification purposes).
Accepted File Types and Security

.pdf,.doc,.docxfiles up to 50 MB are accepted. - Tender invitation form: only
.pdf,.doc,.docx,.zip,.rar,.dwgfiles up to 50 MB per file are accepted. - Uploaded files are checked against file extension and type; disallowed file types are rejected.
Confidentiality of Tender Documents
Project and tender documents shared through the tender invitation form may constitute trade secrets. These documents are used solely to evaluate the relevant tender/quote process, are not shared with third parties, and are deleted after the process concludes and the retention period ends.
Your Rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about such processing, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of incomplete/incorrect data, request deletion/destruction of your data, and request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred.
